Restricting access to a specific custom Content Type in Person Profile

Users with specific security roles should not see data in a custom section of the Talent Profile.

We have a number of custom "read-only" roles with access to Person Management including Manage Talent Profile page.

We created a free-form Content Type in Person Profile and loaded performance ratings that were previously stored in PeopleSoft before we went live with Performance Management in Oracle HCM. This custom content type is called "Performance Ratings (prior to 2015)". Please see the screen shot below.

I need to restrict access to "Performance Ratings (prior to 2015)" for a couple of custom roles. For example, users with FM_PAYROLL job role should not see the data in the "Performance Ratings (prior to 2015)" section of the Talent Profile/Skill and Qualifications page for employees other than themselves and their direct reports.
