New B2B videos for Oracle Commerce Cloud December 2017 release

Summary

We've redesigned the B2B video strategy to offer several B2B videos in a series.

Content

The former Manage Business Accounts video has been enhanced and several new videos added for the December 2017 release (17.6) The videos are:

  •         Manage Business Accounts
    •    Business Account feature overview
    •    Specify general account property values
  •         Manage Business Account Addresses
    •    Create and manage Account addresses in the Admin UI
    •    Set storefront roles, enabling contacts to manage Account and Profile addresses on the storefront
  •         Manage Account-Based Business Contracts
    •    Specify site-based contract properties

  •         Manage Business Contacts and Storefront Roles

    •    Create and manage contacts for one or multiple accounts\
