How to add "and/pr" option to filters in BI Reporting in order to filter data before generating report

In BI Reporting under parameters, is it possible to add "and/or" as a dial box for when putting in parameter dates, i.e. completion date range, assigned date range, etc.? I am running a user report on course, assignment, and enrollment and only want items returned greater than a certain date if they are applicable to any of the dates provided - would be an "or" in this case not an "and" as shown below in the Report Builder image.
