the accrual amount for a specific employee is different for each pay period


We are finding that the vacation accrual amount for some employees does not match the absence plan configuration. 

For example, the employee's vacation balance is 60 hrs. and the max accrual for the plan is 240 hrs. In June the employee accrues 11.34 hrs of vacation, In July and August the the employee accrues 10 hrs of vacation for each month, but in September the employee again accrues 11.34 hrs. the vacation balance adjusts correctly for absences taken and accrued, but we don't know why the amount of the accrual is changing when the employee has not reached the accrual maximum.
