Incomplete course start on first page
Summary
How to make the course always start on the first page?Content
I have a SCORM course in my LearnCenter that is part of a series. The structure I currently have is this:
- Page 1 has the title and description for the course, and includes the link to launch the SCORM content.
- Page 2 has a link to the next course in the series.
Sometimes, Learn automatically puts them on the second page. I'm assuming it's because they've already visited the second page and Learn is "saving" their "progress."
The second page includes a full explanation of what the user is supposed to do in this situation, but apparently my users are ignoring it, because I keep getting emails saying "I can't launch the course." I am working on redesigning the content to solve this problem, but I may not have to if I can just make Learn start them on page 1 all the time.
