Now system is not giving error at the time of Refreshing Database for Duplicate Name and Aliases

Hi All,

Currently I found that at the time of refreshing database application is not giving error for Duplicate name and Aliases. Due to this when users add new member with Duplicate name and aliases it works fine but at the time of passing journals they face the issue that journal is not getting posted.

Is this the bug created?? Because before that it was giving error at the time of Refreshing Database only.

Appreciate your views on this.
