How are you handling the deleting or masking of email address

We are doing a P2T on Thursday and we looking to gather info on how you are handling the deletion or masking email address in the system. After the P2T all email addresses will be copied to our stage environment and we don't want any employees receiving any emails from the test environment. This could cause confusion!
