Evaluation in Learning

Hi Team,

With respect to the evaluation (Questionnaire) in Learning, at present we are able to add only one questionnaire for each offering(Self paced / ILT / Blended).

1. Is there any option to have multiple questionnaires for each of the offerings?

2. Currently Questionnaire is considered as like a Survey since only one questionnaire is available we can have only general questions.Hence We are not able to assess for each of the offerings based on the context.

3. Once the questionnaire is completed by the Learner, how to track it as a Learning administrator and see the responses of the Learner in the questionnaire?
