Create a workflow that sends e-mail to the lead's contact address when it's triggered
The attached document contains the following steps plus a screenshot of the screen described herewith.
- I have a workflow that I want to send an e-mail notification whenever it’s triggered.
The “To Address” on the E-mail Notification settings should come from the sales lead's Contact E-mail field.
The two Sales Lead fields that contains the value that we want are either on the PrimaryContactEmailAddress or ContactEmail.
But these fields does not appear on any of the possible values for the “To Address” E-mail Notification field.
I’ve already tried using the Primary Contact ID and Lead ID as values but no e-mail was received by the contact.
