There needs to be a way to only enforce sequencing on parts of a learning plan and not the entire learning plan.   There are some things in the learning plan that need to be done in a certain order and others that do not need to be done in any certain order.   

 

In the current learning plans you need to either turn on enforced sequencing for all items or for no items.   This does not work well for most learning plans.   Things are not that black and white.
