Translating Document of Records (via Language Packs)

Can you translate the document types into other languages?

Oracle have installed the language pack on the environment and we have been translating multiple areas in HCM Cloud, e.g. Actions / Action Reasons, but I haven't found a way to translate the document types in documents of records. 

Is it possible to translate our added document types that were configured in English to display in another language e.g. Spanish for users who have logged in using Spanish?

(Seeded document types automatically translate into the language of the language pack being used by the user.)
