Extract all values from Person Profile Content Type in single cell

Summary

I want the entire contents of an employee's "Skills / Areas of Expertise" in one cell

Content

Hello

I'm looking for a way to combine everything an employee entered within a profile type, as a single cell, to fit along a single row.  Right now if I pull over profile items like "Achievements" or "Skills / Areas of Expertise" into a report I get a row for each Achievement or Skill.  Is there a formula I can use to combine all values from such fields, into one cell?  I'd prefer it be a formula NOT a pivot, as the scope of the report is to provide Talent Review facilitators information on an employees 2017 talent review as well high-level data

Howdy, Stranger!
