Error when launching course

Users receive "page not found" error message when launching an eLearning module

When users attempt to launch an online course they are receiving an error from MyLearn (See attachment) that reads "We're sorry, the page you are looking for cannot be found."

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what was the cause/solution?
