Summary

This requirement is specifially for interfacing absence transactions to a third-party payroll system. However, third-party payroll is not date effective

Requirement

We designed a HCM extract, to extract absence transaction data that adheres below mentioned criteria.

 

Parameters are as follows

Effective date – Date in a month for extracting all absence transactions (Example: 01-Mar-2018 is interpreted as all absence transactions for month of Mar-2018 should be extracted.)

  1. All absence transactions should be part of output for a month selected
  2. All absence transactions, that are past-dated with reference to Effective date provided
  3. There should be no future-dated absence transactions extracted
