How to update Learning Activities in bulk

Learning Specialist wants to mark learning activities as completed in bulk

Dear All,

Learning Specialists wants to update learning activities automatically by the system once Instructor-Led onsite training is completed. He don't want to give "Mark as Complete" option to learner. Also he don't want to use excel sheet to update activities in excel. Please suggest how this can be achieved.
