Issue with User Accounts being auto-generated

Afternoon all,

We've encountered an issue recently which sporadically inhibits Fusion accounts from being auto-generated. this happens regardless of whether the account has come through from Taleo on-boarding, or whether it was manually built.

Our process is:

  • Employee gets hired manually / on-boarded
  • on their first day, they use the "Forgotten password" link in Fusion to request a password
  • Their user name is their work email address

However, I've had a few new starters saying their user names are not linked to an account in Fusion. When I've gone in to the Manage User Account section in their employment record, we see the attached error.
