Hi friends,

We need to use enterprise seniority date in a Derived Factor for calculate the Length of Service for employees, in the MOS note Absence Management: Which Hire Date To Use In Derived Factor 'period Start Date Rule'? ( Doc ID 2171772.1 ) is mentioned the next:
Date of Hire =Legal Employer Hire Date
Adjusted Service Date =Legal Employer Seniority Date
Original Hire Date =Enterprise Seniority Date

We use the original hire date on derived factor but is not working, for instance an employee has start date 01/01/2017 but the client want calculate vacations from 01/01/2005, we adjust the enterprise seniority date to 01/01/2005 but in balance is using the date 01/01/2017.

Howdy, Stranger!
