Learning plan messages - Post due date
Summary
Has anyone had a message go out post due date even after the person completes the learning planContent
I have my learning plan messaging go out to the user post dues date after 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks.
The question is: If a user completes the training 3 days after due date, why would they get the message at 1 week past due and so on. In our system that is what is happening.
Anyone have any ideas? Does the messaging not take into account that if the person does complete it after being due then the messaging turns off?
