BI Publisher report with Variable Coverages

Trying to connect Benefit Plans to Variable Coverage data in BIP

We used Variable Coverages to administer our Health Savings Account Plan.

We regularly update the coverage amounts and we need to send out verification reports after the updates are made.

I am trying to create a report that lists out the Benefit Plan with Variable coverage information.

I found them in the BEN_VRBL_RT_PRFL_F table and tried to join through the BEN_ACTY_BASE_RT_F and  BEN_ACTY_VRBL_RT_F tables

However, the Variable Coverages are not in the intersection table (BEN_ACTY_VRBL_RT_F)
