5 Star Rating Implementation Tips

Hello!

We are implementing 5 Star Ratings on our LearnCenter.  The location for the user to take the survey is tucked away in the Course Properties area which users do not see unless they happen to click on it. 

What did you do to increase the take rate of 5 Star Ratings per course completion?  We are thinking about adding a link to each course but it does not seem that there is a static link that could be added to any course.
