The way our Talent Review Meeting's were created we were forced to use flexfields to store the data. So to include the details from the talent review meetings with other worker information I needed to use CASE formula. The issue is doing that has caused blank/duplicate rows to appear for most of our the employees. Usually I'd just use a MAX and "end by" formula to remove those, but in this instance that wont work because ending by worker or the talent review meeting will exclude prior or current year data. So I created a CONCAT calc which combines an employee's number
