Dynamic Negative Limit for an Accrual Plan

Content

Hello Experts,

We are implementing Time and Absence for a customer. Their requirement is that the ability to go negative for an accrual plan varies between employees based on the amount accrued by them at that point in time for the first two years i.e. if the current accrual of an employee is 10 hours then he can go negative till 10 hours. This is applicable only for the first two years and after two years they cannot go negative.

My understanding is that there are no specific FF as of now for this requirement however was thinking whether duration FF or validation FF could be leveraged here.

Howdy, Stranger!
