Post Accrual on the First day of the Next Accrual Period for a yearly accrual period

Content

Hello Gurus,

Request you thoughts. Thank you.

We are implementing Time and Absence for a customer. The customer has vacation leave and it is earned after the completion of the accrual period. for e.g.

Plan Term : July 1 2017 till June 30 2018

Accrual : 120 hours every Accrual Term i.e. yearly

Date on which the accrual to be posted to the employee : 1 July 2018 ( for Accrual Term July 1 2017 till June 30th 2018 ).

My understanding is that Front loading happens on the first day of the accrual period and incremental happens on the last day of the accrual period so in this case it can either be on July 1 st 2017 or June 30th 2018.

Howdy, Stranger!
