Is there any Out-of-the-box Payroll Balance Feed report to get the Balance Definition to Element map

    Hi Santu,

There is no seeded report to get these details. However you can use the attached SQL to get the balances and element mapping. You can provide the input of balance name or element name or LDG name to filter the results. You can tweak the query too as per your requirement.

    Thanks,

    Sricharan

    Hi Sricharan,

My Reports Lead and I tried your sql and unfortunately were unable to get any data to populate. Are any of the fields required? We tried all fields with different values and still had no luck. Do you know if it still works with the 19A release?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Bonnie,

Yes this still works after 19A... This SQL requires some parameters to be passed to get the output. If you don't need the input parameters, you can delete those lines in the where condition and extract everything.

    Thanks,

    Sricharan

Thanks Sricharan, we did get this to work.

  • The SQL did work for us too. Thank you so much for posting this. There is no seeded report to generate Payroll Balance vs Payroll Element.

  • There is a list of reports that have been published that includes a balance feed report. The report is actually quite good. The below Cloud Customer Connect link has a zip copy of the reports.
