Manager's Direct reports - Absence View

how can direct report can be visible in manager's calendar view

hi,

we have many different absence vacation plans - some required approvals (by the manager) and some not.

the issue is that the manager can't see the absences of his direct reports in the calendar view( so actual he can only know and see it via the approval or notification from the approval transaction..)

is it possible to give the manager the ability to see it? what is the best way and how it can be manage?
