Custom Human Resource Analyst Role

There is a requirement to read and view few OTBI analysis created using subject areas only Human Resource Analyst role has the access.

Then I have created a custom role copying Human Resource Analyst  role,  After assigning this role user could able to view the report only. Hence I have removed BI Author privilege from the custom role. But it did not work.Still user can create new reports , edit . But we can not allow for it.
