Multiple Recommendations to enhance PeopleSoft-Fusion Coexistence

Use Case and Business Need

There are very little enhancements that are made to Extraction tool kit from PS side to maintain coexistence over a period of time. I'm not sure if this is the right forum to place these enhancements but however being a Target system, Fusion is impacted due to minimal integration coverage from PS to Fusion as a coexistence solution. Below are the recommendation that I propose for PS-Fusion Coexistence Solution.

1: Employee/Person Delete:

• Current tool kit do not send Employee deletion to Fusion and this impacts customer while allocating merit Budgets and Manager or Comp Admins end up in allocating to employees who are not present in the Organization.
