We have received questions relating to the ability to receive items on behalf of other requesters.

This feature has existed since Release 9. A reminder that in order to enable this functionality, assign the privilege RCV_CREATE_SELF_SERVICE_ALL_REQUISITION_RECEIVING_RECEIPT_PRIV to your user. This privilege allows users to receive on behalf of other requesters.

Users can only receive in Self Service Procurement if:

a) PO Schedule is set to 'Direct Receipt'
