This report is used within Hoosier Energy to audit enrollments that are not set up correctly.

This sample report shows Enrollments with no mapped users.  Learn Center Parameter, Enrollment start date parameter, Enrollment type parameter.

The last field in the report is a sanity check, Enrollment User ID. It should be empty. If it is not empty, your report isn't working.
