How can I link multiple cost centers to ONE department?

I'm new to Oracle HCM Cloud (former PeopleSoft user) and I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to map multiple cost centers to a Department without creating that department in different locations.

ISSUE:  The Manufacturing Department has two plants within the state and each has a different cost center, Location X has cost center 101 and Location Y has cost center 201.  In the past, both locations were tired to cost center 100, but are now split out.

How can I keep the Manufacturing Department as the Parent Value (one unique department) and map multiple cost centers to it based on location?
