Spreadsheet loader - Upload locations and managers for workers

How to make mass update for locations and direct managers by using spreadsheet loader

Hi,

I'm trying to to make mass update by spreadsheet loader for locations and direct managers.

For locations - I think I found the right place to update but it requires the fields 'WorkTermsNumber', 'Assignment Number' and 'Action code' which I do not have a clue what it does mean. I found the following description the HDL design doc. about  the WorkTermsNumber - "AssignmentId of the Parent WorkTerms" (still mean nothing to me). Assignment number I believe it equal to person number? Same about the action code - what should be the action code for updating location (Hire?)?
