Missing audio from Captivate courses
Content
My Epic courses - created with Adobe Captivate - are failing to play the built-in audio. This issue is only occurring in IE 11 and Edge. The missing audio plays correctly when a course is accessed via Google Chrome.
When I check the Console log all that comes up is "error code =4 n/w state = 3". This line appears for every mp3 that is attempting to load. I spoke to Epic and they had me check on Advanced options in IE and clear out local Flash storage.
I have a service request open but was hoping someone might have a solution.
