Org Chart - Controlling Visibility of Content Types

just wanted to see if you have an answer to this question related to Org Chart.
We don't the employee to see all the content types associated with an employee when using Org Chart.. such as an employee is looking for Thomas.. he should not be able to see Thomas's education.. but if he is searching for himself in Org Chart.. he should be able to see his education..
