Alerts Composer - Has anybody worked on creating custom Alerts in HCM using Alerts Composer ?

We have  requirements to create custom alerts instead of OTBI notification for some events. We are trying to get some similar features in Alerts composer.

Any inputs/ Documents in regards to alerts composer would be highly appreciated.We know the basic functionality of the alerts composer through the Oracle HCM cloud readiness.
