Absence - vacation plan with carryovers expiration

Summary

vacation plan carryover expiration calculation wrong

Content

hi,

we have an absence vacation plan for one of our regions with a "Carryovers expire after specific time - 3 months". (see attached)

it means that if an employee gets 20 days in each year (in our plan its incremental..) and didn't used them during that year, he can use them until 31.3 of the following year and then it will be expired. " and when im clinking on the specific plan in the "accrual plan" section i see that "-20 -- carryover expiration"... this is a normal behavoir.

the issue is that for some legal reasons i needed to "zeroed" for 40 employees the carryover in 1.1.2018 so i did an upload for that (e.g. if specific employee remained 7 days so in the upload i put "other adjusments" -7 with effective date 1.1.2018), but after 3 months the system reduced again the amount he had in the begining of the year (e.g. -7 was reduced again) - see attached
