Looking for a way to export a a list of exempted group members.

We exempted many associates from groups assigned to ILT training because they completed the requirements before we migrated to Learn. Now, because of an initiative to ensure all associates have received the training, I am looking for a report that lists associates exempted from a group. Does anyone have something like this or have suggestions for me to create one? I am still developing my report skills. If a parameter is available, just not included, I know how to add it. I cannot, yet, create a report from scratch or add views.
