What is the lookup code for "Assign as" alternative list

Hello colleagues,

can you help us with finding the lookup code for "Assign As" alternative list?

When you for example add learners as voluntary, required or recommended for an offering, there is a field "Assign as" and the default list is as follows:

• Self
• Office of the CEO
• Legal department
• Security team

What is the look up code for modifying the list? I couldn´t find the right code and the list of lookup codes is huge.
