R13 18B HDL RestApi capabilities

Hello,

Need help to understand if in 18B we have the possibility to use HDL or RestApi in order to massively update:

1. Course completion which assignment was done manually (this was a limit in the previous release)

2. Activity completion (usefull when we have multiple activities under an Offering and need to update massively the completion of 1 activity only)

3. Scores/Attempts etc of questionnaires done on external platforms
