Best Practices - Linking to External Content

Summary

How is your organization linking to supplemental, external content, and whart are some of your best practices?

We are in the implementation phase and we have numerous documents, forms, and supplemental information housed on external websites & applications that we would like to be available to users as they are completing HCM transactions (e.g. Open Enrollment health plan comparisons).

We're finding that there are many ways to link to this content in HCM, but there are pros and cons with each (links can be in Guided Learning, but user can turn off Guided Learning; links can be in the Action menu, but they must be re-configured with system updates; links can be added to the fly out menu, but this feature was removed from some pages in 18B, etc.).
