Client wants to define work calendar once in HCM and have ARCS make use of it, instead of having to define calendar on two separate places independently

Client wants to define work calendar once in HCM and have ARCS make use of it, instead of having to define calendar on two separate places independently. They wish to have one "master" calendar that orchestrates all other EPM Clouds in use.

Is ARCS capable of leveraging the calendar defined in HCM?
