Can the Bulk Loader update existing enrollment session name?

Summary

I need to clean up ILT Session Enrollment names

Content

I am working on a system clean up. We have decided on a new naming convention for our ILT sessions. I have about 76 sessions that need to be renamed. Is there a way to use the bulk loader to do this? I have never personally used the bulk loader and I have read the resource information on it, and I do see the option to update Existing Records, so I get how it works. But what I can't wrap my head around is how the system will know to update a specific enrollment with the new name. Is this possible?
