Turned off notifications for Close Manager, people are still getting emails

Error message on website:
Description: Unable to locate the server named "slcar286.usdv1.oraclecloud.com" --- the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in the server name, or the server no longer exists. Double-check the name and try again.
 
We need to turn these email notifications off as soon as possible as users are receiving multiple emails each day. The email notifications for the close manager tasks have been turned off in every environment we have.
