How a line manager can enter absence for a Direct reports.

1. When Clicking on the My Team, getting the Direct Reports. On the left side Absence Management is not being displayed.

2. Person Management is not being displayed either on the My Team and My Client Groups. When trying to add 'Person Management' to the Springboard, it is not showing the option.
