Do you need to run Force Translate every time on IC Matching Reports?

Hi All -

I am running a test of IC Eliminations and IC Matching Reports where there is an elimination between two entities: E1 (USD) and E3 (GBP).  The entities have different currencies but share the same parent: P1 (USD). 

When I enter data of the same amount for both sides of the elimination in local currency, which is not balanced in USD, run a consolidate, then run the ICP Matching Report at Entity Currency it shows the transactions matched - which they do in Entity Currency.
