Moving base members to new parents and data is removed

We were doing some metadata updates and moving base child members to new parents. The base members moved, in some instances the data was removed in the moved children. The data did not follow the children.

I populated all the base members with sequential odd numbers and after moving the members some had a zero value.

Due to the unpredictability of this issue we have removed all moves from the update and are only doing new inserts.

There is an SR for this issue and support have confirmed the issue.
