Absences in Days to be Displayed on Time Cards

Is it possible to Display Absences with UOM Days display in Timecard?

Hi,

We have a requirement to capture absences in days and have time card in hours. Is there a possible to display Absences with UOM as Days display on Timecard after converting (lets say 1 Day = 8 Hours)?
