FCCS Is it possible to upload some Assets Accounts with Negative Balance

Hello :

My Customer have some Assets accounts with negative balances example : some Bank Accounts and some Customer Accounts.

I have uploaded the trial Balance information, however 2 accounts seems to be rejected and I think the reason is the Bank Accounts and Customer Accounts are negative.

Is there workaround to upload the information ? or do I need to change those assets accounts to liabilities accounts ?
