R13 Performance Management - Comments in CLOB format

Does anyone have a sample report that would show comments in the new CLOB format?

Hi, all,

I'm trying to pull a report that shows sections comments from worker and manager, specifically performance goals section and development goals section. I only need the section level comments, we don't capture comments at the individual goal level. I 'think' this data should be in PCPN_COMMENT_TEXT_FOR_WRK.HRA_EVAL_PARTICIPANTS but when I create a data model and look at sample data, this appears blank to me. I'm also wondering, once I find this data, can CLOB data type be displayed in an Excel cell? I'm not feeling too optimistic about that, but figured it can't hurt to ask.
