Summary

In one OTBI report, I would like to see, the monthly attrition rate and monthly running average attrition rate

Can anyone please help me how to do this? I have highlighted the needed column yellow in the screenshot and also attached my current report XML.

Monthly Average Attrition Rate = (Sum of terms till that month)/(Sum of Adjusted Head Count till that month)
