Time card already exists error

When trying to create a time card, receive an error Time Card already exists

Content

Context: user create a time card. Time card is approved but it is not visible in Time Management. When trying to create again the time card for that week, users get this error: Time card already exists. 

Issue: the time entries are not visible in Manage Time Entries task either. 

Are there any workaround that can be applied in this situation? how this can be fixed?
